Designed for professionals who already have a certification in (IT) Service Management. You will be awarded a VeriSM™ Foundation certificate after you successfully complete the VeriSM™ Plus exam. VeriSM Plus has been specifically designed to act as a bridge module to offer easy access for candidates who already have an (IT) service management certificate. The focus of VeriSM Plus is on emerging technologies and progressive practices.

Course

The VeriSM™ Plus course is a one-day course touching the topics covered in the VeriSM™ Plus exam.  Some self-study is required to be successful on the exam, including review of material from the text (see Learning Objectives below) and attempting the sample exam.

Prerequisites

Candidates for the VeriSM Plus course and exam should hold a Service Management Foundation certification (such as ISO/IEC 20000, SIAM, IT4IT, ITIL).  Once you pass the VeriSM Plus exam, you will earn the VeriSM Foundation certificate.

Qualification Level

The VeriSM Plus course and exam provide a foundational introduction to service management and the VeriSM Model.

The VeriSM Plus exam tests candidates at Bloom Level 1 (Remembering) and Level 2 (Understanding).

  • Number of questions:  20
  • Passing score:  65% (13 out of 20)
  • Closed book/closed notes
  • Allotted time:  30 minutes
