Accreditation Logo VeriSM Foundation

VeriSM™ Foundation consists of the combined content of Essentials and Plus. VeriSM Foundation will help define the elements of the VeriSM model and explain how VeriSM re-defines service management. People are able to use the management mesh to create and stabilize services. This certification will give an overview of the elements within each of the four parts of the VeriSM Model (Define, Produce, Provide and Respond). VeriSM Foundation defines the process of selecting and integrating management practices and determines the characteristics of successful operating models.

The VeriSM™ Foundation course is a two-day session touching the topics covered in the VeriSM Foundation exam.  Some self-study is required to be successful on the exam, including review of material from the text (see Learning Objectives below) and attempting the sample exam.
