Get the essentials of the VeriSM approach. The VeriSM™ Essentials module gives professionals a comprehensive introduction to the service management principles. This will help define the elements of the VeriSM model and explain how VeriSM re-defines service management.
Designed for professionals who already have a certification in (IT) Service Management. You will be awarded a VeriSM™ Foundation certificate after you successfully complete the VeriSM™ Plus exam. VeriSM™ Plus has been specifically designed to act as a bridge module to offer easy access for candidates who already have an (IT) service management certificate. The focus of VeriSM™ Plus is on emerging technologies and progressive practices.
VeriSM™ Foundation consists of the combined content of Essentials and Plus. VeriSM™ Foundation will help define the elements of the VeriSM model and explain how VeriSM re-defines service management. People are able to use the management mesh to create and stabilize services. This certification will give an overview of the elements within each of the four parts of the VeriSM Model (Define, Produce, Provide and Respond). VeriSM™ Foundation defines the process of selecting and integrating management practices and determines the characteristics of successful operating models.
The VeriSM™ Professional certification tests a candidate’s knowledge of, and skills in, applying VeriSM™ in an organization. Those certified as VeriSM Professional understand the impact of digital transformation on the organization and on people, consumers as well as staff. They can translate strategic direction into a successful operating environment. The certified VeriSM Professional has proven his or her ability to create and use a Management Mesh that is based on the organization’s current portfolio, principles and governance needs. After creating or adapting the Management Mesh, a VeriSM Professional can manage the product or service through the Define, Produce, Provide and Respond stages.
